TRANSPORTATION

At Home Orthopedics we rely on specially designed cars to transport our patients from their homes to our facilities and vice versa.

We deliver special orders within 2 hours or up to 5 days, depending on the product.  We rely on delivery technicians specialized in bringing our services to the homes of thousands of patients around the island.

To provide our patients with a variety of options, our technicians rely on a complete equipment inventory in their vehicles, as well as different models of therapeutic shoes.

At Home Orthopedics we stay in touch with each patient to insure a high level of efficiency in the services we provide.

At Home Orthopedics we have highly trained personnel ready to address any of our patients' concerns; provide guidance to medical office personnel and health insurance representatives, among others.  They're also in charge of processing service authorizations with health insurance companies, and government or private entities.
